ACTIVITIES

All work and no play? Not at SCIS!

There is never a dull moment at South City International School. The school buzzes with the hum of activities the year round.
Elocution, Debate, Drama, Extempore and Model United Nations have honed the oratory skills of several students and turned them into more confident children, Quizzing has aroused their curiosity and sharpened them intellectually.

Annual Concerts have seen the finest musical productions on a mega-scale – Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Mary Poppins, The Sound of Music, Annie, La La Land, Mamma Mia. The participation of maximum number of students with every single student from the Primary section and the school’s own Band lent a unique touch to the concerts.

A solemn Blessing Ceremony and a joyous Farewell Party highlight the final year of outgoing batches.

The physical well-being of students being equally important, South City International School celebrates Sports Day and World Yoga Day.

Picnics, day outings and excursions, visits to foreign countries, apart from being enjoyable, teach students team spirit, to adapt to different situations and explore the larger world outside. Students have access to various Clubs for Personality development, Photography, Cooking, Bulbuls, Scouts and Guides for overall growth.

Outreach programmes help foster a sense of caring and commitment towards society in students.

The Pandemic could not curb the spirit of students and teachers – only there was a shift to conducting all activities, from assemblies to celebrating important days or holding competitions, online.
