• Registration form is available online. Registration Fees is Rs 1500/-.
• Parents have to submit the printed copy of the online Registration Form.
• Online payment option is available or payment can be done with the site generated Challan at the School office.
• Parents may collect form Registration Form from School Office also by paying Rs 1500/- cash.
• For online payment parents should submit website generated Registration form copy and payment details in the school office along with required documents (mentioned below).
• Candidates on whose behalf Registration forms have been collected will be called to undergo a selection process.
• For admission to Pre-primary classes, the process is limited to the presence of the child in the school along with both the parents with whom the School’s Principal or the Admission officer will have a discussion.
• For admission to Class I and above, there will be a written test and interview with the candidate and his/her parents.
• The names of the candidates selected for admission to various classes will appear on the School’s Website. On dates specified therein, payment of Admission and other fees including Security deposit will have to be made to the School office by Cheque/ DD along with submission of the following documents:
• Registration Form filled in all respects along with the required photographs.
• Birth certificate in original issued by the Municipal Corporation/Local Panchayat, as applicable, with an attested photocopy. (Original will be returned)
• All admissions to Class I upwards will be subject to submission of Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
• Medical Certificate regarding the physical fitness of the child.
• During admission all payments to be made in Cheque / DD Only in favour of "South City International School"
• You have to submit the following documents along with the Registration form
• Birth Certificate (Xerox)
• Transfer Certificate for all classes except Pre-Primary
• Medical Certificate from a doctor

ADMISSION FORM DETAILS

• Admission form to be filled in capital letters.
• Two updated Passport size photographs of the candidate and one Passport size photograph of each of the parents should be provided.
• A photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the candidate should be provided.
• Photocopy of the updated Immunization Report of the candidate needs to be submitted.
• Photocopy of the original Medical Fitness Certificate of the candidate to be submitted.
• For students seeking admission in Class 1 onwards, it is mandatory to submit the photocopy of the latest academic report.
• A photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the candidate needs to be provided.

ALL THE PHOTOCOPIES OF THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO BE SELF ATTESTED.

GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION

• Issuing Registration Form does not guarantee admission.
• Admission is subject to the availability of seats and fulfilling of admission criteria. Parents need to submit the application form (softcopy/hardcopy) with all the supporting documents as asked by the Admission Desk.
• The School Management reserves all rights to cancel the admission in case any information given by the parents, is found to be incorrect or misleading.
• The Admission/Registration will automatically stand cancelled for candidates, who do not follow the specified eligibility criteria. Once the admission is granted by Principal, there will be no change in the class applied for.
• For Pre-Primary sections, admission will be granted in the morning/afternoon batch as per the availability of seats. Please be clear beforehand.
• The Accounts Department does not have any instalment facility available regarding the Admission Fees Payment. Fees (other than Security Deposit) once paid, shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
• There is no concession for siblings’ admission.
• For students taking new admission, tuition fees will be effective from the date of Admission granted.
• Once Admission is granted by Principal, parents need to complete the payment formalities within seven working days, otherwise THE ADMISSION STANDS CANCELLED.
